Ghostech Team is the digital services division of Masaa24 Networks, founded in Mbeya in 2020. We are a small, hands-on team of developers, designers and registration consultants who help Tanzanian businesses get online, get found and get paid — without the inflated agency price tag and without the language barrier that makes most "international" agencies a poor fit for an SME in Mbeya, Iringa or Mwanza.

Our story

Masaa24 Networks started in 2020 as a small Mbeya internet shop selling airtime, printing CVs and helping students register for university portals. We noticed two patterns: first, every small business that walked through the door asked us for a website, a Facebook page that "actually works" or help registering on some platform abroad. Second, almost none of them could afford what the big Nairobi or Dar es Salaam agencies were charging, and the cheap freelance options they were finding online either disappeared mid-project or delivered something that did not load on a Halotel phone.

Ghostech Team was the answer to that gap. We focus on small, honest, well-built websites and the practical paperwork that goes around them — DUNS, Google Play Console, Apple Developer accounts, payment integration and the privacy/terms pages that international platforms now demand. We charge in Tanzanian shillings, we speak Swahili and English, and we are an hour's drive from most of our clients.

What we believe

  • Speed is a feature. A site that takes seven seconds to load on a phone is a site nobody reads.
  • Transparency wins. Our pricing is on the website. Our scope is on the quote. Our timelines are written down.
  • Locally hosted matters. We host where we know the support team will pick up the phone.
